Special Occasion hats & fascinators
All ranges in this section are made to order, we endeavour to despatch as soon as possible but at peak times it can take up to 4 weeks . To order from this range simply select the item to your shopping basket & complete the order form with as much detail as possible. We will contact you by return if we need any additional information . Once payment has been received your hat/fascinator will be made to match your ordered requirements. When your order is complete we will email the despatch details and tracking information

Where sizes and colours are shown these items are available for immediate delivery. If your size is not showing as available please enquire at sue@thoroughlymodernmillinery.co.uk
Delivery
When ordering please ensure that the selected items and information provided to us are fully accurate. We are not liable for orders incorrectly completed. Please ensure you provide us the correct contact and delivery information. It is up to you to correct any mistakes you may have made by contacting us immediately
Please be aware that the UK is no longer in the EU and that deliveries sent to outside the UK may be subject to Customs Duty, processing fees & local taxes payable on delivery by the recipient . These are taxes levied by the recipients government and are payable by the recipient
All orders are sent fully tracked via royal mail or private carrier within the UK . Deliveries outside the UK are sent tracked and signed for.

UK – Small item – £1.60 Medium item -£3.30 Medium/Large item – £5.95
Europe – £9.95 Worldwide – £19.95
Deliveries outside the U.K may be subject to local taxes payable on delivery by the recipient.
Non Delivery of Goods
All goods sent are tracked. If your order fails to arrive or is damaged on arrival please notify us as soon as possible with full details so that the carrier can be contacted and the goods can be traced.
REFUND & RETURNS
We are happy to refund on Casual Hats & Accessory purchases provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be in their original packaging with tags attached. They must be uncontaminated by perfume or makeup .Goods must be in an unworn condition. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given on Special Orders ie goods made specially or ordered in specifically for a client. We regret that refunds cannot be given on Special Occasion hats or fascinators. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Returns from outside the UK -please be sure to fill out all the correct customs paperwork as advised by your postal service. Ensure you endorse any customs paperwork as “returned goods” as the reasons for sending . There may be extra duties due on returned goods the cost of which will need to be deducted from the amount refunded.
Returns will be refunded (less the cost of the original postage) via the original payment method upon receipt .Refunds are actioned by us upon receipt, returned funds can sometimes take up to 7 days to reach recipients account .These delays are down to the bank administration, this is unfortunately outside of our control. We do not accept any responsibility for goods which fail to reach us – so it is advisable to get a proof of postage so you can track
Faulty /Damaged goods
Please contact us at sue@thoroughlymodernmillinery.co.uk before returning faulty goods to discuss any issues . Only authorised faulty items will be refunded. Refunded payment will be made via the original payment method plus postage. This does not affect your statutory rights
